Breakfast and Autojumble Meeting at Newclose Cricket Club – Tuesday 14th September

14 September, 2021 @ 09:30

Proposed Bring and Buy Autojumble Breakfast 9.30am followed by Autojumble Sales in Newclose Grounds.

Breakfast : Toast, Sausage, Hash Browns, Bacon, Tomato, Egg, Mushrooms and Beans, with Tea or Coffee £7.95. There will be a Vegetarian option available on the day.

Drive your classic car to The Autojumble Breakfast on the day, parking is safe and plentiful.

The club recently came into possession of some 6 boxes of Classic Car parts, tools and fasteners from a ladies deceased husband’s garage. He had previously owned a Wolseley, but sadly passed away 4 years ago. His widow now moving off the island had need to clear her garage and subsequently contacted us. I said that any proceeds raised from sales of the parts would be donated to Mountbatten. As a past Marie Curies nurse herself, this suggestion was readily acceptable to her.
In order for you to view and make a donation for any items we thought we would hold a Breakfast meeting at Newclose where these items would be displayed.
Should you wish to take this opportunity to sell any autojumble you may have lying idle but probably useful to someone else, making you some money to buy more classic items!! please bring it along and any personal sales you have, please consider making a voluntary donation to the Mountbatten fund on the day.

Breakfast is not obligatory to sell personal autojumble, but we are keen to see as many members in a social atmosphere.

Bring a paste table or sell from the back of your car, or even from a blanket on the ground.

Do not miss the opportunity to miss that item you have always wanted at a fraction of retail price.

Breakfast to be ordered by emailing the club vhvcltd@hotmail.com by Saturday 11th September.
Any further questions, contact through same club email address.

Breakfast tables would be restricted to a max of 6 per table and spaced accordingly with as much fresh air ventilation as possible.
