St Helens Fair On The Green Sun 7th June 2026 Arriving at 10am on an overcast morning several cars were already in position, through the morning a few more arrived, but never more than 15 in total. We attributed this to the three other events that were going on that day, Bembridge Fort, Ability Dogs Open Day, Royal London Yacht Classics on Cowes Parade and St Helens Fair. Many of the public showed interest in the cars, particularly YDL 442 the 1961 Mini of Vickie Rasmussen. It was apparent that everyone had owned a Mini at some time in their life and had a story to tell about there one. We were glad when 12 pm came and retreated to the Vine Inn for a very good Roast Dinner. With a cold blustery South West wind all day we were quite pleased to go back home around 3pm.
