Yarmouth on The Green May 23rd Music Festival Saturday morning dawned with clear skies and a hint of the weather that was to follow. Vickie and I left home in the MGA, took a bank loan and bought some fuel before a leisurely drive to Yarmouth. We arrived just after 9-30 am to find quite a few members were already present and in position. By 10-00 am some 30 cars were assembled throughout the day in the sunshine. It was an eclectic display of classic cars of all types, the passing public showed much interest. As the sun got higher so did the temperature and there were novel ways of trying to keep cool including a tent even. I think the ice cream vendors did well and with the musical background of sea shanties and other music an enjoyable day was had by all who attended. Bill Rasmussen.
